Privacy Policy

The privacy of our visitors is important to us.  This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which RevolutionGray LLC collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the Revolution Gray website currently located at (“Site”).

Your data is stored on secured servers (Mailchimp).  Your personal information may be copied or transferred by us or our trusted third party data processors outside of the EU. We take steps that, in the event your personal information is stored outside the EU that controls are in place to protect in accordance EU and UK data protection and privacy regulations.

We will keep your personal information safe and secure.

When you give your personal information to us, we will process and use that data in accordance with our responsibilities under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and other relevant legislation.

If you provide payment information, we create payment instructions and pass them to our payment gateway provider in a secure manner. We do not retain your payment details.

How long will we keep your personal information?

Whenever we collect or process your personal data, we’ll only keep it for a period of twenty-four months or for as long as we have a legitimate reason to contact you. We continually review the data records we have and should we learn that we have not received contact from you we will ask if you wish to keep hearing from us. If we do not receive a reply or opt in we will remove your data.

We may ask you to provide us with sufficient information so that we can be sure of your identity.

Third Party Vendor Advertisements (interest-based advertising)

Third party vendors, including Google Adsense and , use cookies to serve ads based on a User’s prior visits to our Site and other sites on the Internet.    Google’s use of the DoubleClick cookie enables it and its partners to serve ads to Users based visits to our Site and/or other sites on the Internet.  We do not use your name, address, email address, or phone number to deliver interest-based advertising.

How We Protect User Information

Compliance with Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect information at our Site from those we know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.  If we become aware of our having information about anyone under 13, we will promptly delete the information.
