Kelly V. Porter is a writer, storyteller and lifestyle contributor, whose work has been featured across numerous platforms, including television, online publications and newspapers, such as The Washington Post. With more than 25 years of experience, Kelly has also worked as a public affairs professional and a journalist, and she’s currently writing a creative nonfiction book. Kelly holds a BA degree in Communications from Howard University. She and her husband live in the Washington, DC area and they have three sons.
